Claire Lanctôt

Co-owner of the family business, Arlington Garden, since 2010, Claire is passionate about organic farming. Her interest in organic farming practices extends to local land conservancy efforts and local community involvement. Claire is also a consultant and corporate finance professional, a former corporate officer in the telecom, media, software and printing/publishing industries with international experience with public and private companies, including dealings with North American venture capital and private equity sponsors. She has a 20-year track record leading high-performance corporate finance teams with expertise in treasury and pension fund management, investor relations, budgeting and forecasting, M&A, corporate planning/strategy and tax. Claire is known for her strong analytical, communication, negotiation and leadership skills, combined with a keen interest in operational strategy and business fundamentals.
