Ghislain Leroux

Ghislain has worked in the commercial outdoor industry in Canada for over 25 years. He is the manufacturing agent for more than ten trade names (Canadian, American and European) and oversees all agreements and services offered to each one of the represented brands. Convinced of the potential of each individual, Ghislain has surrounded himself with a team of autonomous, loyal, devoted and competent individuals. He strongly believes each member of a team has his own strengths and abilities, therefore, we must let them take their own place and assert themselves. In an organic and humane way, he has been able to grow his business and his commercial agreements over the years without ever ceasing to play outdoors.
