Isabelle Foisy

Passionate about the success and growth of entrepreneurs, Isabelle Foisy is president and founder of Point Cardinal Inc. a consulting firm specializing in governance, strategy, innovation and ESG. In the last few years, she was CEO of QuébecInnove, an organization mandated to accelerate business innovation in Quebec. A recognized and award-winning manager, she worked for some fifteen years as an executive in several strategic divisions at Bell. For ten years, she worked directly with businesses as CEO of the Montreal East Chamber of Commerce. Then, she became a strategy and development partner with a major accounting firm specialized in supporting Quebec SMEs.

A Chartered Director (ADM.A) and Certified Corporate Director (ASC. C- Dir), she has served on a number of boards for nearly 30 years, most recently as President of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is passionate about advancing and creating value for organizations, and is determined to help them make an even greater impact. Isabelle has been an ambassador and lecturer for the ADM.A Order and a panelist for the Quebec Interprofessional Council. She also teaches at the College of Corporate Directors of the University Laval and at the Leadership Institute.

Her determination and interpersonal skills make her a remarkable ambassador for the community of women entrepreneurs in Quebec. In addition to being a lecturer on strategic subjects such as governance, innovation and ESG strategies, Isabelle has also been involved as a coach for the past 10 years in the MBA program at HEC Montreal. She is also a member of Montreal WPO.
