Jean-Pierre Lavallée is a passionate and dynamic advisor with extensive experience in business management and coaching services, mainly in the manufacturing sector. Focused on the development of team potential, he aims to stimulate improvement through the ability to target and make the necessary strategic choices. With experience since 1990 in large, medium and small companies (including some business start-ups), he distinguishes himself by his ability to identify facts, confront them, encourage the development of best business practices by mobilizing the right team, and to have the courage to take action! He also specializes in coaching the management team in the strategic thinking process, including all aspects of management coaching.
