Katrina Besner

With over 15 years’ experience in sales management, it was in the media industry that Katrina had the opportunity to implement flexible sales structures and demonstrate her excellence in the art of team building.

Today, she uses her leadership, dynamism, determination, strategic mindset and human & rallying spirit to the benefit of her passion for well-being.

Katrina’s interpersonal skills, curiosity and emotional intelligence make her a human and successful businesswoman.

Since discovering yoga nearly 20 years ago, she completed her first teaching training in 2012 and continued her journey by specializing in children’s yoga in California, among other things. Katrina is now a reference for children’s and family yoga in the French-speaking world. She is also interested in the intelligence of the heart and its impact on everyday life, and teaches HeartRise meditation, one of the first leaders to be trained in the French-speaking world.

In 2015, she co-founded Le Rayon and Expo Yoga & bien-être, the largest yoga and well-being gathering in Quebec.

Her mission is to share resources and tools for cultivating well-being & heart intelligence via workshops, events, retreats and virtual content for family and business.
